The emergency department at MGM Healthcare specialises in unscheduled episodic services for patients who require immediate medical attention and care. We believe that no patient has to wait for specialised care which is why we work based on the triage process. In this process, patients are treated as per the severity of their injury and not on a first-come-first-serve basis. We strongly believe that in emergency care, seconds can save lives. The triage process works as follows:

• A specially trained triage nurse will evaluate your condition and the seriousness of the illness. 
• Patients who do not require immediate care will be seated in the waiting room if required.
• If there is any change in how you feel while waiting, we will give you check-up immediately.
